Hello Russ, I could not have had a better experience with a service provider if I scripted the events myself. Everything was as promised and the check in after riding was just as easy as the initial rental process. As discussed with you directly, my only negative observation was the opinion that you do not charge enough for either the equipment or the excellent service.
I hope this latter observation does not impact on your continued service because I will enjoy traveling cross country for the opportunity to avail myself of such service again.Please keep me advised of new and future events as I look forward to our next meeting when I come back to rent a bike in California.Thanks,

Bob and his son Ben enjoyed the warm Southern California sunshine on a Road King Classic and a Heritage Softail Classic. This made a nice change from the cold winter weather in New Jersey.
